Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean. Staff at the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the people serving breakfast we're all kind and courteous. So I had a pleasant stay.

The address will have you driving coming from the airport and tells you that you arrived in the middle of the freeway on the right. You have to do a 9 minute u turn and pay attention that you don't pass it. The tv did not work at all. Room and hallway had a weird smell. Only nice thing is theres a mini fridge and microwave

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! The service staff was so rude and ignored us nearly the whole we were here. This white lady at the front desk had ignored my sisters when trying to buy snacks at the front shop. This black male had barely told us anything about the hotel when treating us, practically just told us to pay and leave. AND THERE WERE BUGS ON THE BED FOR 2 NIGHTS (that I am aware of). Would never come again; the kitchen staff was great and had prepared good food though... props to them <3

Nice hotel. Clean, adequate. However don’t come here if you have a nice vehicle. Our GMC Denali Hd was stolen from the parking lot by some criminals who knew exactly what they were doing. Word on the street is this is the 4th stolen vehicle from there this week. It would have been nice to know that before booking here. Maybe the staff is in on it. Who knows. Just beware if you plan to stay here.

Great breakfast selections and good value for the rates. Watch how fast you’re going or you’re liable to miss the driveway! Right on the freeway and convenient to IAH and Kingwood.

My family and I stayed here 6/16/23-6/19/23. Hotel was very clean and smelled very good as you walk in. All the staff were friendly, GREAT customer service!! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hotels location was great with alot of shopping and stores nearby. I want to say thank you to the staff and thank you for a great stay!!
